For quite a while, The Talented Blonde has been posturing the theory that there is no longer a clear “seasonal” merchandising of the specialty consumer retailer. Instead, the SMART merchant (ANF, ZUMZ, KSS, WSM) has started multiple floorsets each season, to get consumers what they want to buy NOW to wear NOW. (IMAGINE?!)
